Conditions

Wedding Packages are conditional to minimum stays
Minimum 1 working day residency in Australia prior to the wedding ceremony
To marry in Australia you must be 18 years or over
Certificate of Intent to Marry to be obtained from the Australian Consulate
Signatures must be witnessed by an Australian Consular official or a Notary Public

Documents Required in Australia for the Ceremony

Valid Passport
Certificate of intent to marry (original copy)
Photocopy of birth certificate and passport and original form of intent to marry must be received in Australia by a minimum of 6 weeks prior to the wedding date
Passports to be sighted by the Celebrant on Day of Ceremony
