Conference Room set up may be altered to suit your requirements:
- U shape — maximum 26 delegates
- Classroom style — maximum 36 delegates
- Boardroom style — maximum 28 delegates
- Theatre style — maximum 60 delegates
Full Day Conference Delegate Package (minimum 10 delegates) includes:
- Full day room hire of our air-conditioned conference room
- Freshly brewed coffee and selection of teas on arrival
- Morning and afternoon tea
- Iced water and mints
- Whiteboard, flipchart, pens and stationery
Package 1
$79.00pp (minimum 10 delegates) includes a working lunch:
- A selection of open gourmet and vegetarian sandwiches
- Fresh tropical fruit and cheese platter
- Muffins and pastries
- Freshly brewed coffee and selection of teas
- Fresh orange juice
Package 2
$89.00pp (minimum 20 delegates) includes a buffet lunch:
- A selection of cold meats with condiments
- Chef’s garden salad
- Two gourmet salads
- Selection of breads
- Fresh tropical fruit and cheese platter
- Freshly brewed coffee and tea
- Fresh orange juice
Package upgrades available at an additional cost and can include:
- Accommodation
- Upgrades of all catering

- Themed dinners & special events
